Refund & Cancellation Policy

- Payment Security
- Ambeone FZCO ensures all credit/debit card details and personal information are kept strictly confidential and will not be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to third parties.
- Card details will never be disclosed to any third party.
- VAT & Taxes
- All fees are inclusive of 5% VAT in accordance with UAE law.
- Any additional taxes applicable under UAE regulations at the time of payment will be applied.
- Payment Terms
- For installment plans, each installment must be paid on or before the due date.
- A late payment penalty of AED 100 per week will apply to overdue installments.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in:
- Suspension from the program until full payment is received
- Cancellation of registration without refund
- Participant Cancellations & Refunds
- Full Refund (less AED 300 processing fee): Written cancellation request received at least 7 calendar days prior to the training start date.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 6 days of the start date or after the program has commenced.
- Participant Substitution: Allowed at no additional charge if notified before the program start date.
- No-shows without prior written notice are ineligible for refunds.
- No refunds are provided for partial attendance or missed sessions.
Refund Method & Processing Time:
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method (cash, card, or bank transfer) unless otherwise required by law.
- Processing may take up to 15 working days from the date of approval.
- For cash payments, refunds may also be issued as a credit voucher upon agreement.
- Program Changes & Rescheduling (Ambeone-Initiated)
- Ambeone reserves the right to modify program dates, venue, trainer, or delivery format.
- If a program is cancelled and not rescheduled, a full refund will be issued.
- If rescheduled, participants may transfer to the new date or request a refund (less applicable processing fees).
- Online Courses & Digital Products
- Once login credentials for self-paced or online courses have been issued, fees are non-refundable.
- No refunds are granted for participant-side technical issues or missed deadlines.
- Force Majeure
- Ambeone is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (flood, earthquake, storm)
- Fire or explosion
- Acts of war, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Government restrictions, legal prohibitions, or public health emergencies
- Power outages, internet failures, or technical disruptions outside Ambeone’s control
- In such cases, Ambeone may reschedule, transfer participants to a future session, issue course credit, or offer a refund at its sole discretion.
- Legal & Compliance
- All refunds are subject to UAE laws and regulations.
- Ambeone reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of breach of Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to:
- Misuse of course materials
- Disruptive or inappropriate conduct
- Submission of false registration details
- Registration Confirmation
- A seat is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or the first installment.
- Participants are advised not to make travel or accommodation arrangements until receiving official confirmation from Ambeone.
- Agreement to Terms
- By registering, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by Ambeone’s Terms & Conditions and Course Participation Guidelines , and Privacy Policy.
