Ambeone FZCO – Course Participation Terms & Conditions

Thank you for registering in our training program. These terms govern your participation and set expectations for both parties.

  1. Introduction
  • These Terms apply to all courses purchased via www.ambeone.com.
  • The site is owned by Ambeone FZCO, a DMCC-registered company in Dubai, UAE (License No. 67894), located at 1107 Goldcrest Executive, Cluster C, JLT, Dubai.
  • By enrolling, you agree to these Terms, effective immediately.
  1. Course Schedules & Participation
  • Ambeone may change course dates, times, or venue with at least 3 days’ notice.
  • Detailed schedules will be provided by our Training Counsellor.
  • Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring a personal laptop with admin access for software installations.
  • Attendance at all sessions is expected; notify us 48 hours in advance if you cannot attend.
  • Missed classes must be made up at your own effort though limited support may be offered in genuine cases.
  • You may repeat missed classes in another batch free of charge (venue/refreshment fees may apply).
  • Requests to change batch/timing are subject to approval and may incur an AED 750 admin fee. Original payment schedule remains unchanged.
  1. Academic Requirements
  • All assignments, tests, and exams must be completed on time; missed graded work scores zero.
  • Completion of a final business project is mandatory, including:
    • A PowerPoint presentation
    • A written report with data handling details, code samples, and insights
    • An in-class presentation
  • Ambeone may use submitted work for academic or marketing purposes.
  • Eligibility for placement assistance eligibility (for applicable courses)
    • All assignments and projects completed in time
    • Minimum 85% in all assessments through quiz, projects and assignments
    • Final projects submitted successfully
  • All academic requirements must be met for the Program Completion Certificate.
  1. Conduct & Compliance
  • Limited or no internet may be available during training.
  • Dress code: Business Casual or National Dress.
  • Professional and culturally respectful conduct is required.
  • Ambeone is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
  1. Fees, Payments & Refunds
  • Fees include 5% VAT; other taxes may apply.
  • Installments must be paid on or before due dates; late fees: AED 100/week.
  • Refunds follow Ambeone’s Refund & Cancellation Policy on our website.
  • Unpaid fees may result in denial of class access, materials, or certification.

Payment Methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card – processed via secure third-party payment processors.
  • Cheque (AED) – payable to “Ambeone DMCC” (accepted up to 7 days before course start).
    • Returned cheques incur AED 300 fee.
  • Bank Transfer or Cash Payment -Account details can be requested 
  1. Cancellations
  • You may cancel as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • We may cancel your enrollment if:
    • Payment is not received on time
    • Required information is not provided
    • You do not allow us to deliver the service
  1. Liability & Warranties
  • Services are provided “as is” without guarantees on uninterrupted or error-free delivery.
  • Ambeone is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
  • Maximum liability is the course fee paid whichever is lower.
  • You agree to indemnify Ambeone against third-party claims arising from your participation.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All course materials belong to Ambeone or licensors.
  • Materials are for personal learning only and may not be shared or reused without permission.
  1. Legal & Dispute Resolution
  • Governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE.
  • Disputes unresolved within 45 days will be settled by arbitration under Dubai Courts’ Arbitration Rules (language: English).
  1. Force Majeure
  • Ambeone is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, technical failures). In such cases, we may reschedule, transfer you to another batch, offer course credit, or refund at our discretion.
  1. General
  • No partnership or joint venture is created by these Terms.
  • Terms may be updated on our website; continued participation means acceptance of changes.
  • If any clause is found invalid, the rest remain in force.
  • Failure to enforce any term is not a waiver of rights.
