- All Participants are Provided -Certificates, Training Material, Video Recording of their role plays

4. Training Feedback Cycle
- Feedback from participants is collected after training Delivery.
- Feedback from the Client’s Training manager is also be obtained after the training delivery.
- Behavior assessment of the staff is done pre and post training and development program to measure the effectiveness of training.
- Any required modifications and calibrations is done to the training programs to ensure it meets required objective for training staff on required customer service behavior.
