2. Training Delivery Plan

3. Training Implementation Plan

  • Training and development programs are provided in Batches of 25 to Max 30 Staff- Representing various departs/functions.
  • Training programs are One or Three Days workshop- Held at any of the following Venues:
    1. 4 or 5 Star Hotels
    2. Client’s Internal Training Facility
    3. Marketways Arabia Facility
  • All Participants are Provided -Certificates, Training Material, Video Recording of their role plays
  • Suitable Lunch and Coffee breaks are arranged for the participants.


4. Training Feedback Cycle

  • Feedback from participants is collected after training Delivery.
  • Feedback from the Client’s Training manager is also be obtained after the training delivery.
  • Behavior assessment of the staff is done pre and post training and development program to measure the effectiveness of training.
  • Any required modifications and calibrations is done to the training programs to ensure it meets required objective for training staff on required customer service behavior.
